Freight of the product/s will be the responsibility of the customer (to and from SZ), return freight will be charged to the customer (based on a min. $9.95 flat rate according to the size of order).
We strongly suggest using a shipping method that provides tracking details to ensure your products arrive safely. We are not responsible for goods damaged, or lost in transit.
Please contact the SZ Team for an exchange or refund if your product/s are:
Incorrect, damaged or expired (at time of purchase)
Product/s must be in the original condition (unopened), or it will not be accepted
All returns must be arranged within (1) month of purchase with the SZ Team
Once goods have been received and meet the criteria set above a refund for the goods and freight will be sent, via bank transfer within 7 days.
