Supplement Exchange

If you decide you are not happy with your purchase we will happily exchange.

Please contact the SZ Team within (7) days of purchase to arrange alternative product/s*.

*price cannot exceed original sale, discounts cannot be used in conjunction with exchange product/s.

Freight of the product/s will be the responsibility of the customer (to and from SZ), return freight will be charged to the customer (based on a min. $9.95 flat rate according to the size of order).

 

We strongly suggest using a shipping method that provides tracking details to ensure your products arrive safely. We are not responsible for goods damaged, or lost in transit.

 

Supplement Returns

Please contact the SZ Team for an exchange or refund if your product/s are:

  • Incorrect, damaged or expired (at time of purchase)

  • Product/s must be in the original condition (unopened), or it will not be accepted

  • All returns must be arranged within (1) month of purchase with the SZ Team

Once goods have been received and meet the criteria set above a refund for the goods and freight will be sent, via bank transfer within 7 days.

How To Return a Purchase

Please email sales@suppzone.com.au with your request and reason for return. No return will be processed unless approved prior to arriving at our office.

Once your request has been approved we will email you with the return address and any further instructions. Suppzone reserves the right to inspect all items before accepting the return. Allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed once it has been received by our office.

Ensure items are packaged carefully and our return address and contact details are clearly labelled. We highly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information as we do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

* We do not exchange items. A store credit will be issued.

** We do not accept change of mind. All sales are final unless approved by Suppzone.

*** There are no returns or exchanges on sale items for change of mind purchases. All sales are final.
 

Faulty / Wrongly Described Goods

Occasionally goods do not turn up in the condition we sent them in, or they may have a manufacturing fault. Should you receive an item that is faulty or wrongly described, Suppzone will cover the cost of return via store credit and issue full exchange.

How To Return A Faulty/Wrongly Described Item

If your item is faulty or wrongly described on arrival. Clearly photograph any fault or damage and email sales@suppzone.com.au with your order number. We may request you send the item back to Suppzone for inspection.

Allow 5-7 days for the Faulty product to be processed once it has been received by our office. A store credit will be issued upon approval.
